Dr. Parichart "Kay" Vaikayee, DPM, FACFAS 

Dr. Parichart Vaikayee received degrees in Fine Arts, Computer Science and Microbiology before matriculating to Barry University to study Podiatric Medicine. 

​After earning her Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine in 2002, she continued her education at the Baltimore VA where she completed a Primary Podiatric Medicine Residency followed by 2 years in Podiatric Medicine and Surgery. In 2005 she was commissioned as an Active Duty Officer in the United States Army and was assigned to Fort Bragg North Carolina where she completed an additional year of residency training focused on Reconstructive Rearfoot /Ankle procedures and trauma. 

After her training she was assigned to Fort Stewart, GA where she served as the Chief of Podiatry for Winn Army Community Hospital, covering the Southeast region. In 2008 she left Active Duty to join her husband. Dr. Vaikayee received five awards while serving the military. She was able to continue her service with the Department of the Army as a civilian employee at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center in Landstuhl, Germany where she had the opportunity to treat wounded service members returning from Iraq and Afghanistan as well as the soldiers and family members stationed in Europe. 

​Dr. Vaikayee is Board Certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery. She is Board Certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. She is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. She is the founder of  Pro Active Podiatry. She has a special interest in wound care, sports medicine and Geriatric medicine. Dr. Vaikayee enjoys bowling, shooting, art, music and organic gardening.
